Returns

Our goal at Soil is that you absolutely love everything you order from us. In the case that you are unhappy with a product please email us at info@soilislove.com explaining in detail the issue you are having. We hope this step will remedy the problem but if not refunds will be granted providing the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is a result of Soil’s error.

If you are shipping a package worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
